We operate anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering monitoring and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Errors and malfunctions
If a game, bet, payout or price is affected by an obvious error, technical fault or malfunction, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and transactions and to correct the error. Any funds credited as a result of such an error do not belong to you and may be reclaimed.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

Complaints and disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated in accordance with the rules of our licensing authority.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s licence, and any disputes shall be subject to the relevant jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
